Psychological Services for the Aviation Industry
In the cockpit, there’s always a checklist. Clear steps. Defined procedures.
But what about on the ground — when things go wrong inside, not outside? When stress builds, trauma lingers, or emotions cloud judgment. When there’s no quick manual, no checklist to guide recovery.
That’s where we come in.
We provide specialised psychological services for aviation professionals — pilots, crew, air traffic controllers, and those working in high-pressure, high-responsibility environments. Our specialist psychological services, rooted in clinical excellence and a deep understanding of the industry, are designed to support your mental wellbeing both in the sky and back on earth.

There’s no manual for mental health. But there are proven methods that are Integrative, Trauma-Informed and Evidence-Based
We know that in aviation, precision is everything. But mental health doesn’t always follow a straight line.
Our practice is integrative, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based models. We tailor each approach to suit the individual — and the industry context they operate in.
Our Therapeutic Toolbox Includes:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
For restructuring thoughts and behaviours

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
For managing high emotions and distress tolerance

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
For deeper exploration of identity, trauma, and unresolved conflict

Behavioural & Forensic Psychology
For nuanced insight in complex or high-stakes presentations
Every approach is carefully selected based on need, context, and the goals of the individual.
